Easy 60' with the woman, cafe all morning so we didn't hit this until noon pm progression run 8.5 mile route, felt decent but had to end it with a pit stop and then I didn't feel that great and my foot kind of seemed awkward and uncoordinated, basically I've got some plantar fasciitis going on but I think it's due to tightness in my lateral soleus or some of the other lateral posterior muscles in my leg, maybe posterior tib. 10+ total w/ some barefoot running to conclude on a soggy soccer field |
