am did some easy miles, then mile of strides on the track and a little steadyish mile to finish

pm 3 mile easy warmup, very nice temps for June1, then new (to me) downtown dash course, didnt feel stellar or peppy closed my last mile well though I think to grab 1st, Aaron Sherf was leading for a couple miles but he through in the towel when I made my push, Im sure he is just coming off a break and all but do you not just finish the race out strong, I'm pretty confident my move was not thaaattt impressive, 2mi cd
