allergies are killing me, i broke down and took a claritin after doing a sinus rinse and hit the caffeine

Pm 25 minutes w/ Jenny on the XC course post happy hour beerssss, promptly hopped on the bike to go get candy and a movie, 3+++ miles

All of biking around today for a little more
