W/ dawg, he got after a big buck and I didn't see him for quite a while, felt alright but my chest is funky and then it started raining pretty hard so we headed in. I had definite ambitions of getting back out but Asher ended up messing up his foot which freaked out Jenny and she got some news back from a blood test that indicated she had abnormally high iron levels?? So she was stressed out which meant I got to be the one to go buy her chocolate and cook dinner and try to chill everybody out. I racked my latest batch of beer which may have been my only win for the day. I don't really understand how married guys make their training work while still playing a supportive role. If you stop and think, the window of opportunity is gone, my motivation also gets exponentially worse as I stray from my workout intentions. It goes from a 15 mile easy Monday double, fartlek Tuesday, wednesday medium long run>> short ass run 2 days strait, junk food, and still feeling lethargic
